Why we chose these products and not others

Creating the Kuroki shop wasn't just about launching another online catalog. It was about choosing to address a frustration we all share as animal lovers: the difficulty of finding equipment that is safe for our companions' health, truly useful in everyday life, and built to last.

Our 3-pillar selection charter

For a product to be featured on our site, it must strictly meet three criteria:

1. Absolute health safety: No plastics containing BPA, phthalates, or harmful toxins. All our toys, bowls, and water fountains are made with neutral, certified materials.

2. Real functional utility (Ergonomic validation): We eliminate all ephemeral gadgets. A product must provide a concrete solution: facilitating hydration, reducing separation anxiety, soothing joints, or ensuring safe travel.

3. Durability and repairability: We favor suppliers that offer spare parts (filters, replacement pumps, machine-washable removable covers) to avoid overconsumption.

🐾 Our commitment: If a product doesn't seem robust enough for our own animals, it will never be sold in our shop.
