Buying online for your pet sometimes involves uncertainties: is the harness the perfect size? Will your cat take to its new heated bed? At Kuroki, we believe you should never pay for equipment that does not provide complete satisfaction to your companion.

30 days to test with complete peace of mind

In accordance with the law, you benefit from a statutory withdrawal period, but we have extended it to 30 full days from the receipt of your package.

A smooth 3-step process:

  1. Submit your request online: Go to our returns portal with your order number. Select the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Prepare your package: Place the item back in its original packaging, clean and complete. Print the prepaid return label provided by our customer service team.

  3. Drop off the package: Drop it off at the nearest pickup point.

A guaranteed quick refund

Upon receipt of the package at our warehouses in France and after a quick check of the product's condition, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 48 to 72 hours.
